So what if Noe changes things, It was Shin’ichiros fault that he decided to make a deal with Jun to go out with her and vice versa to Hiromi which turned for the worse once Hiromi and Noe figured it out, and Noe got hurt hard by it.

I like Noe just because of one thing, she’s different. A breath of fresh air rather than generic girls that usually the majority of people will love since they usually change into and where you JUST have to give sympathy to. (I’m pointing at Hiromi, which in this episode, she’s a wreck of emotions at this point.)

Although it’s the same for Noe, I felt that there was a reason she fell from that tree, not only that everyones feelings was being revealed to her from this episode (especially with the incest with Jun.)

Recalling back from the 1st episode, you see that Shin saw Noe from a tree, when she was stuck, she asked for help, but Shin refused, she decided to jump, but survived with minor scratches.(Well, since where Noe fell wasn’t that high from this episode.) It’s more of a symbol to this episode now, Noe decided to climb the tree to supposely try to “fly”, but failed.

And Shin saw all of this, too late to do anything about it.

I can tell that Jibeta and Raigomaru are almost the counter-parts of Shin and Noe.

Well, I wrote a lot, but that’s all I have to say.

Noe resolve would work better as a learning experience, a really good message of looking forward, and flying. Who knows kudos, may be nobody gets the dude

Also, it seems like Noe isn’t aware of that fact, but Hiromi is, and is trying all she can to keep them from both realizing that fact.

Does anyone really know what love is? How many times have we fallen for someone because of their looks? So how much can you expect these teenagers to understand love?

But there is such a measuring stick that is proposed by this story: The imagination of true heart.

Shin is learning how to use it. This is how he was able to conclude that Jibetta would die if he flew. The true heart cannot tell a lie under fantasy.

Now, if you accept this argument, then ask yourself who has been occupying in Shin’s mind (or heart — same thing in Japanese terms) in the past two episodes?

Does Noe even know what ‘love’ really means?

I don’t mean to belittle Noe because out of every character in True tears, she is my favorite- but to me, Noe seems like a little child. I don’t feel that she understands what love is. True, she did confess to Jun that she thought she was in love because her heart and body feels differently around Shin now but I am still not convinced that Noe really loves Shin. Most of her actions towards Shin are actions of admiration, she treats Shin like an idol because she believes he could fly. She admires him, definitely, but love…I wouldn’t been too confident about that.

Anyway, true tears is a beautifully animated show. However, it has definitely weakened since the initial episodes (still above average, but far from fantastic).

Overall the whole thing felt flat to me, it kind of lost some of the wonder of the earlier episodes. So when I watched it and could predict it scene by scene, it felt weak to me. I hope the finale is much better.
