Impressions:

I had hopes for Yukari, due to her playfulness and energy (since Tsukasa sort of fails…), though it turns out she’s not here to stay. I guess I’m more interested in seeing some interesting developments at the moment, since both Sayuri, Mina and Riku are hideously boring. Riku’s boringness is especially bad since he’s the main character and everything depends on how he takes life. Can’t he do something fun and entertaining once in a while? I can’t say I’m very impressed with the show right now—a single season would have been enough for Tokimeki Memorial’s minimal amount of relationship development. Sigh~

When you say single season, do you mean a 13 episode series instead of 26?

Personally, I think TokiMemo does get a bit slow at times, since there’s not a lot of substance compared to other harem anime – but I do hope you continue with it; I think some of the later episodes are at least mildly interesting, if not a bit predictable.

But it goes without saying that the most important (arguably) aspect of all is the most predictable anyways…who Riku picks. At least, it feels utterly predictable.

Yes, I mean 12-13 episode series instead of 24-26. And I wouldn’t be surprised if Riku doesn’t end up choosing anyone…
