Impressions:

So it seems that Shakugan no Shana II is taking a slower paced path, to allow for more character development. We’re really getting in pretty deep in terms of Yuuji’s admirers, and he himself is as thick as ever. I’m having trouble deciding on what I want to see as a result of the Hecate look-alike. Do I want Shana and Yoshida to accept them? Or do I want them to reject her completely and become aggressive? My indecisiveness is probably due to the fact that the fact that this look-alike might actually end up as a potentially ‘good’ character, despite her origins. For now though, I’m still riding on the hope that Shana confesses to Yuuji.

Oh I don’t know, I’d put good money on Konoe being Hecate herself. Although she may still turn out okay in spite of that.

The *identical* bracelets Konoe and her butler wear have been pointed out specifically by the animators, so we know they have some importance. Likely these are the trick behind the masking of tomogara as humans. Metamorphosis has the ability to change his form (he ain’t limited to the chimera form, as you can see in the flashback episodes 8/9), and is also not as sheltered/naive as Hecate to behave as his old self. My money is on he’s the butler. Hecate, lacking all these abilities appears as so.

I have to admit that Konoe is actually really getting on my nerves … ^^
Although her behaviour might cause Shana to fully accept her feelings for Yuuji now.

i cant believe how clueless yuji is and how stupid shana and yoshida is og they piss me off its not like yuji knows that shana likes him and he thinks that wats going on with konoe is just normal and he see’s nothing wrong with there relationship to him he’s just helping her and he doesnt realize that he likes her haha, he could realize that hirai likes ike but he cant see that shana is in love with him, yoshida says that she likes him and isnt acting on it how lame
