Mai Otome, the plot are so different between the anime and the manga that the manga plot is obviously better

Air Gear, because other animes are good by themselves, but Air Gear… It’s something terrible . Even worse than Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge…

I have no idea why Nana is on the list, the anime and manga are very very equal in terms of being good (and bad). Some things were presented better in the manga, and other things just worked better when being voiced and animated.

Definately Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge for me. The manga is so enjoyable I read 50 chapters in one go, and then the anime… I saw like 4 episodes and I gave up.

Air gear and BC because of the ART only. These two have gorgeous manga art which were butchered by the anime.
