I was actually surprised with some of the nominees this time, such as Ouran and Asatte, which I think ended (or is ending) rather well. But oh well, if they were nominated then I’ll put ‘em up! And personally I would nominate Coyote Ragtime Show. It had a lot of potential but it flunked bad.

I don’t see how this award could go to anything but YoakeNa. But then again…whether or not you could say that it started out well is up for debate.

How the hell are Yoakena and CRS on top?
They were never good, not the first episode or any other.
So how do they fit in the ‘Started well, but turned out shit’ category?
They NEVER started good, people may have looked forward to them and they were being hyped a bit, but that just makes them disappointing and hugely underwhelming, it doesn’t mean they started well.

Actually, I argue that CRS started particularly well if your a major action fan. (Of which I am).

I mean, how can you not love the crazy action/violence from the appearance of the 12 sisters who practically kill all the guards at the prison. Sure the beginning of it was fairly boring but when the action starts…

I personally think they both started good. I actually liked the first episode of Yoakena too.

I picked Noein on the basis of the fact that for the first half of the series made me think it was going to be one of my favourites, but then by the end I just wanted to rant about it. It was a close thing, though, as I was also tempted towards Uta, Otome and Good Witch.
