Nominees in for ~Most ‘I want a remake’ show~ Vote Now!!
This looks like another obvious one. At first when I was tallying the nominations up, Higurashi remained on the same level as Fate/Stay Night and Air Gear, but as I got near the end, almost everyone had nominated Higurashi. I would want a remake of Higurashi too, and it seems we might be getting one with the second series of it.

Aren’t sequel and remake two completly different things?

Remake is like: “First time sucked, let’s start over (Negima!?-ish)” while Sequel is more like: “Man that was awesome, let’s continue the story. (good-anime-ish)”

Alright, that was a mistake on my part. The poll has been changed; it’s meant to be ‘remake’. However, I’m pretty sure that, as the poll corresponds to this post exactly, and due to the detail I go into in this post, it should have been obviously that it was meant to be ‘remake’. Not that I’m blaming you or anything, since it’s my fault.
So we do mean remake, right? xD I picked Tsubasa Chronicles, because I hate the anime and what it did to the manga! I never watched Fate/Stay Night, but I thought it was good. My friend loves it to death.
fate stay night obviously needs a remake… lets see.. wasted premise and story, bad animation, terrible pace =( at least it advertised for the game =D makes me want to play it for the story ~_~

I’d like a Fate remake but I voted for Mai-Otome because I actually started writing my own remake of the story…only it’s become so complex that it’s still a long way from being finished.
Karura oh wow are you gonna post it? Or if not can i read it anyway? Oh and have you read the manga? it is such a better version of mai otome…
Higurashi’s is getting a second season, by studio DEEN. I can understand why people would want a remake of it. But I like it for what it is.
I don’t understand why people would want a F/S N remake. I thought it’s animation was great…..But if it missed alot in the story, then yes a remake is appropiate. However I say Tsukihime needs another version of it being made (much more than Fate).
Air gear seriously needs a remake. It should have shown the whole story more clearly. And it should include detailed stories of each of the 8 kings. If it did then the whole show ould be great.
