New Poll: Favourite summer 2007 anime so far?

The Spring 2007 had a clear winner—Claymore, which is understandable. It is one of my favourites as well. Anyway, with that done, I wonder how the Summer season is doing. In my personal opinion, I quite like this season, with shows like Higurashi, Sky Girls and Zero no Tsukaima. My top three for the season go to those three as well, in that order. So yes, like last time, please vote and please mention any show that’s not listed here if you feel that it deserves to be. In a previous poll asking which show is being looked forward to most, Zero no Tsukaima came in first with 20% of the votes, followed by Higurashi with 18%.

    Mononoke, though Baccano! and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni are also getting really good.

    Sky Girls is first for me even though it’s slow to get off the ground, and I’m enjoying following your reviews of Higurashi quite a bit. Code-E might end up being fun, too – been keeping an eye on that one. Zero no Tsukaima… well, still waiting for a story to emerge here, though the somewhat random plot has had its share of laughs.

    I can’t find any sub for Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpucho Tou. I heard that it has been licensed. Damn it, I may vote for it.

    Well, really i haven’t seen too much summer shows this time, i mean, i just see Zero no Tsukaima and School days so i will not vote until i watch some more titles (this summer very few shows are being subbed in spanish.

    Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei has my vote. It’s hilarious, brilliant and…well, yeah! I’ve only seen one episode of Baccano!, so I can’t pass judgment on that yet, but I’ve been waiting all summer to see that.

    If any of you like comedy+echhi, check out Goldenboy. Made in 1995 and DVD formatted recently, it’s just being subbed and released by TOMA. It’s funnier than Kon in bleach at his funniest with some sexiness thrown in. Check it out!
