However, it is a pretty easy poll, and the clear winners are Death Note, Kanon and Code Geass. Personally my top 5 of last season would be: Negima!?, Code Geass, Kanon, Asatte no Houkou and Soukou no Strain (Death Note would be 6th, since I’ve read the manga already, and its entertainment value drops by like 80%). The fall-season striked me as the season with not just one "best" series. Death Note, Asatte no Houkou, Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto and Jigoku Shoujo all deserve this title a bit for me.
