Impressions:

They spent half the time talking…sheesh. I had hoped that a battle would mean no more time-wasting nonsense and actual fighting (which there is some, though not much). I can’t remember what happens with this part of the story, so at least my anticipation is keeping my interest levels high enough. I’m not sure I would be able to say the same if the pace continues to be this slow. Episode 22 seems to be a double episode, I would laugh if that still gets the story nowhere. I haven’t seen episode 21 yet, though as you can see I am catching up (probably because I have nothing much to say each post—Naruto is just progressing far too slowly).

Sorry for asking, but didn´t the original Naruto tell you how this would be?

A lot of talking, then more talking and if we´re lucky, a one or five minute battle scene, which usually just means they power up for an attack only to escape by the smallest little bit…

I dropped Naruto when I understood that it would never be any good fighting scenes, and I dropped Shippuden after the three first episodes, it was the same thing all over again.

Forget about this anime, it’s fucked up. very sad to see such a nice series being butchered like this. Naruto anime is a waste of bandwidth, time, money and talent.

they could have gone so far with this anime
with the exception of probably the first 50 episodes or so of the first season, this anime is just hopeless

i always think an anime that ends early is always better than an anime with an extended ending.

lol….so true, but i still watch XD. I guess im more patient than everyone else. Also yes 22-23 still doesnt get it anywhere….it only takes half of the chiyo,sakura-sasori fight and havent shown naruto-blond hair guy/guy team-clone fights XD

go read the manga..there’s a lot more happening there than in the anime

Got bored reading the manga as well… same stuff happening, just a tiny little bit faster. Otherwise the same shit.

yea started to watch the manga during the waste for the naruto episodes called fillers,then after 2 years they come and play this ridiculous set of episodes they call Shippuden. Come on!!! They use like a naruto manga chapter to make like 5 episodes. its like they are diluting the show so that it can last longer. like i tell may bro “this show is one part naruto, five parts shit!”
For all others who don’t want to waste time like me, watch the manga
