Impressions:

So why exactly does Kona-chan feel all shocked after the concert? Is it because she’s so grateful for Kagami switching with her that she’s utterly speechless, or perhaps she’s realised what a great friend she has. Even Kagami gets all depressed when she realises she’s not in Kona-chan’s class. It would be interesting if the classes are split, just to see how the four still manage to communicate when apart. But then again I guess Shiroi-sensei is the set the homeroom teacher now, and splitting the classes up wouldn’t be convenient for her. Speaking of this though, I hope Kagami’s own class gets some more attention in the future.

The Lucky Channel in this episode is pretty short, but at least it tells us that Akira will be appearing in the actual show next time. I realty hope this does actually happen, and even better if Akira actually makes contact with Kona-chan or the others. Shiraishi appears enough anyway, and his performance at the end is pretty sweet. The original EDs are pretty good, though I’m more fond of Shiraishi’s ones since they are far more humorous. Ah, it would have been awesome if he sang the entire song (what’s the title again? All I remember is that ti’s from Suzumiya Haruhi episode 1). I wonder what he’ll do next time…

Koi no Mikuru Densetsu.

As for Konata getting all weird after the concert, the three theories going around are:

i. She realized what a great friend Kagami is.
ii. KONATA LOEV KAGAMI!
iii. It’s a throwback to Haruhi. If you remember, Haruhi got all pensive after her concert as well.

I question Konata’s mood as well. I thought it was more of an amazement factor, with the additive effects of the concert+Kagami’s generosity.

Well, I really laughed in this one, the show of Aya was a great surprise, the winks of DaCapo… But i really didn’t understand the comment of Akira ’bout the show of Haruhi… She said that Minoru were there, but i really didn’t find him in that scenes… Or… maybe… She refers ’bout the video published in NewType’s Web… Now that i recall… in that video, a guy with the same voice of minoru were there as the hoster. Were she referring ’bout that?

Shirukii: I think I’m gonna go with theory 1, since I like the idea best.

Ryan A: Surprisingly I never really thought it was amazement. I guess I must have been influenced by all the other people attending the concert who were simply cheering but not amazed so that they were practically stoned.

Bardeus: Akira said that the host of the concert looked like Shiraishi, but I, like you, did not see anyone that looked like him, so I’m assuming she’s talking about something that happened off-camera.

Because, in real life, Minoru Shirashi was the MC for the Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekisou concert.
