Lucky Star: Episode 12

Ah- gomennasai! I totally forgot to take any screen shots while watching, so all I can manage is another pathetic 6-screeny post…I was just about to do Lucky Star 13 too, until I realised I hadn’t done 12 yet. Anyway, this episode is definitely one of the better ones, mainly because it deals with anime in the anime itself. Of course, it’s also very funny (and lol Kona-chan is admirable xD). This episode certainly has a lot more ‘action’, and by that I mean the characters actually do stuff and a lot of the gags are actually not verbal ones. There seems to be an equal mix of these such episodes and the ones where it’s mostly talk about nonsensical subjects.
Having a cardboard stand of Akira appear in the show is probably what I found to be the most hilarious part. And then of course, she appears in Lucky Channel looking pretty dead and zombified, which added to the hilarity. The way Lucky Channel is executed is certainly very impressive. For all I know, the short Lucky Channel may have been due to a lack of jokes or something, but the way it’s handled by integrating Akira’s sickness into the episode itself is pretty good. Sebastion calling out ‘fumoffu’ made me laugh purely because it sounded to me like random screaming of past KyoAni works, and I don’t even know if it has a meaning or not. xD

How do you take screenshots while watching the episode xDDD something I never found out T.T
print screen wont work.
In programs like BS player you simply press the P botton, and pretty much every program will have some kind of capture frame option somewhere. Just go look for it.
As for Lucky Star 12, this episode was just pure win. I love those store mascots, so energetic.
And poor Akira poster that got knocked over then bent in half. XDDDDDDD Great show.

I love the part Konata like puts the manga in bag after buying. pulls out money from her coat inside and like ‘reloads’ it into her wallet. “locked and loaded” LOL! and the sound effects too! XD

I’d say the best part for me was definitely the “Sousuke” guy going ballistic. I’m a big FMP fan, so every funny reference to it amuses me at least somewhat, and this episode had plenty of them. “Sousuke” guy makes an appearance in Ep 13 as well ^^
