Probably because I have never properly followed a Bee Train anime before, I really like the concept of this new series. The background art is magnificent, while the animation itself is pretty high. Both main characters have a likeable personality, and are more believable than, for example, hyper-active or shy and quite. I like Nadi the best, mostly due to her more outward personality, but also since she’s a lot cuter than Ellis. Ellis’ power seems pretty kickass as well. I originally thought this anime would be set in the past, though it seems it’s quite modern. All that’s required now is a solid second episode, and I should be following this show.

The idea that this anime revolves around is pretty simple. There is this girl (Ellis) with a bounty on her head, but she has super powers (technological super powers I should say). Then there’s this girl bounty hunter (Nadi), who instead of capturing/killing Ellis, becomes her bodyguard as instructed by some elderly woman. Ellis also receives a stone from this woman, which she needs to take to some place, with Nadi as her protector. There’s also this mad scientist type figure who somehow monitors Ellis and watches her powers develop, or something like that. Anyway, if this anime is subbed regularly, there is a high chance I will blog this.

Ending sequence:

I really like the OP, both the song and the animation. They are both highly suitable for the drama-adventure type show that El Cazador should become. The ED is only ok in my opinion.
