ef ~ a tale of memories: Episode 6

Impressions:
Honestly, I only ever wanted to see an honest, shounen-style romance story. But now we have two girls turning emo rapidly, and I PRAY TO GOD that this does not turn into another School Days. By the end of that show, the characters had warped so heavily that I had gotten to the point of hating all of them. At the moment, I really like Miyako, though if she keeps up her mass callings, I don’t know what I’ll think. Admittedly, this show is still excellent, though I hope it doesn’t go overboard. I’d say most people would prefer to see Hiro’s story, though I reckon Renji’s is equally interesting. Renji’s story simply seems more realistic, and gives the same feel as dramas do.

Sorry about misunderstood that you’re behind in this series. Since you like Miyako, I guess you’re pretty happy the ending her arc, right? I have to say that Renji x Chihiro’s arc was more interesting to me. The story was so simple yet it was very deep at the same. BTW, what is your favorite anime for this season Clannad or ef? Mine is Clannad. Also, does Shakugan no Shana 2 disappointed you (compare to the first season)?
My favourite anime of the season would be either ef, Ghost Hound or Shana. Shana disappointed me a little, though that changed after seeing the more recent episode. I guess the pacing is still pretty slow, but I expect that to change. And if you were asking whether I like Clannad or ef better, I like ef better.
And you still haven’t seen the best of ef… it’s by far the best series of the season.
