Impressions:

Amazingly, I was just about to post my episode 24 review until I realised I haven’t even done episodes 22 and 23. Yeah, my memory is pretty bad. Anyway, the highlight of this episode is probably Allen’s upgrade, which I think is meant to have an eerie aura about it. In the manga, everything seems sort of cold and creepy, though for some reason this is absent in the anime. Nevertheless, this is a nice character development episode, and the arc is stretched quite a bit for an extra episode or two. I really like Eliade’s story as well; this was something that seems to be more powerful in the anime than the manga.

I’ve started to lose interest in this series but from the screenshots it looks as if the series has gotten better. I think I’m a few eps behind I might catch up when I have the time.
