Impressions:

It’s pretty likely that this arc is really only here to have Light as a normal, innocent person rather than as Kira. It shows that power does corrupt (in this case), and is a fine example of the mistakes humans make. For example, in communism, a state exists in order to bring the nation to a communistic society, which is free of any one ruler. However, when this state gains power over the nation, they get greedy, corrupted, and refuse to relinquish their power. This though, brings us to the question to what will happen when or if Light regains the Death Note. Does he calculate all this when he gives it up? (People tend to think I haven’t read the manga…which I have).

    The easiest is to go to youtube.com and simply write “death note” following the “episode number”.
    Ex. “death note 13″. That is the way I did it. It can sometimes be hard to read the subtitles, but then again you can stop it or rewind.
