Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion: Episode 15

Impressions:
I am in love with the last few scenes in this episode. @_@ I’ve always been a fan of a C.C. x Lelouch pairing, mainly because C.C. has the most understanding, and this just made my day. Oh what straightforward yet beautiful lines C.C. says… (yes, I am obsessing) and oh god damn they didn’t kiss. Even though this ‘partnership’ is more likely just a way of securing each other for future use, as in Lelouch using C.C. in his war, and C.C. using him for whatever she needs to get done. However, it could definitely develop into more, and that’s something I am constantly hoping for. Go away Karen! xD
Mao is such a dud character. I’m not saying I dislike him; he’s pretty interesting in his own emo way, but I really can’t see how much he can influence the plot. I don’t think he’s dead yet, though even if he were to live for the rest or majority of the series, he really can’t do much. All he wants is C.C. and perhaps revenge on Lelouch, though this has nothing to do with Lelouch vs Britannia. Of course, anyone could make up some shit and tie the two stories together, but I sure as hell would not want to see some lame attempt to force to different things into one occurrence. It just doesn’t work out that way.
However, if Mao were to die in a few episodes, or if he is actually already dead, then introducing him in the first place would have been stupid. It would clearly be just a way to get rid of Shirley, and perhaps to extend the story. Although I must admit, it is because of Mao that C.C. gets a lot of character development, and she and Lelouch’s relationship grow a lot because of that as well. Still, that is not an adequate reason to insert such a random character like Mao. I don’t like his Geass either. I hate mind reading concepts, since the only way to depict them is through voices, which is highly unbelievable that a single mind is simple enough to voice ONLY one string of thought at a time.
So everyone is upset with Shirley’s mind wipe, and so am I in fact. It’s not because I like Shirley; I really don’t, but rather it’s the way Sunrise handles the event in such a simple way that irritates me. How did Lelouch not think about the possible outcome of making Shirley forget everything? It’s impossible for no one to get suspicious and start asking around. And it’s not like Lelouch is about to die of mental trauma when he wipes Shirley’s mind; I’m pretty sure he has enough brain power to think at least that much at the time. Perhaps if she transfers schools, but I guess Lelouch still wants to stay with her, after confessing the happiness he gets when they’re together.
It looks like something is going to happen to Nanaly next episode, which makes the show very personalised in favour of Lelouch. They need to involve the various factions more, although Viletta and Ougi get some time this episode. Suzazku’s appearance serves as another side, independent of Cornelia IMO. His words also connect to the idea that Euphemmia should get a personal Knight as a bodyguard, which should be interesting. It should be coming up soon, judging by the episode titles…And of course, we need more Karen now, and she HAS to meet C.C. and find out about Lelouch. It will be the next big turn in the plot.

I vote for C.C x Lelouch pairing
I was surprised at how CC lost her cool in front of Mao and started screaming at him. She doesnt seem like the type, but then again, we’ve seen some of her past and it seems pretty bleack.

Just my guess, but im pretty sure they will end up together, i am also a CCxLelouch fan lol, but they do have a contract and im pretty sure CC has feelings for Lelouch, do you guys notice that she practically follows him around, and when the scene of Lulu and Shirley’s kiss, she kept bugging Lulu about it, sounds like jelousy to me lol. Also just my own prediction lol, but it seems to me that CC lives in a different world, or time, but im sure it must be a different world. Since wen lulu saw her memories it was completely different place. My prediction is that after Lulu has done crushing Britannia and changing the world to be peacefull, he will help CC in her world.

Mao is an interesting addition to the cast because he represents what making a Geass deal with CC can do to you if you’re stable enough to handle it. the guy’s become an emotional nutcase; I can see Lulu going the same way if he’s not careful.
am I the only one who supports the LuluXShirley pairing? the dark, tired expression on his face after he’d discovered what he’d done to her Dad, and his furious anger at Mao when he thought he might’ve killed Shirley says it all for me :3 plus that sad smile as he leaves her. awwww.
I do think CC’s jealous little crush on Lulu is very sweet though. Bless her ^-^

Umm i thought Karen already met C.C back in that cave thingy :/ or perhaps it was my imagination?
I think lelouch will end with cc. I like cc very much more than other girls in code geass. Lelouch and cc’s friendship is more than partner, i hope it will be love. They already sleep in one bed, thats fool if they not to be together in the end.
I love Mao. it is sad that he was dead, but it is the only way for him.:(
